During business hours it is not possible for us to retrieve any messages left for us whilst our phone was engaged.

We understand that instead of hearing a busy tone, our customers are being diverted to an automatic messaging service. This is the telco doing this, and we are working on fixing this issue ASAP.

If you are having trouble getting through to us during business hours (5pm-8:30pm) then it means there is another caller on the line. Please keep trying and it should only take a minute before your call is answered.
